Delete Your Data

Applies to applications made through our career site, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or email.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email hello@ryuhire.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the full name, email address, and phone number you used when applying, so we can find your record. If you applied through WhatsApp, Messenger, or Telegram, send the request from, or mention, that account.
  3. We will confirm your identity if needed and reply to confirm receipt.

What Happens Next

We delete your candidate record, uploaded CV, parsed profile, and message history within 30 days of confirming your request, unless we are required to keep a record for a legal reason (for example an active dispute), in which case we will tell you why. Deletion cannot be undone.
