Terms Of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you use RyuHire's recruitment services through TalentOS: our career site, the application form, your candidate profile, and our recruitment assistants on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, and email. By submitting an application or chatting with one of our assistants, you agree to these terms. How we handle your personal data is described separately in our Privacy Notice.

2. Who Can Use The Service

The service is for people looking for work through RyuHire, for roles at RyuHire or at the companies we recruit for. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum working age where you live if that is higher, and able to agree to these terms.

3. What You Give Us

• The information and CV you submit must be accurate, your own, and not misleading.
• Only submit documents you are entitled to share. Don't include other people's personal data without their permission.
• Website CV uploads are accepted as PDF or DOCX files. Don't upload anything harmful, such as malware, or content that is unlawful or offensive.
• You can update or correct your details at any time through your candidate profile or by contacting us.

4. Our Recruitment Assistants

Our WhatsApp, Telegram, and Messenger assistants are automated. They collect your details and CV and answer simple questions about the application process. They may occasionally misunderstand a message; a recruiter reviews every application, and you can always ask to speak to a person. Messages sent through these channels are also subject to the terms of the platform you use.

5. No Guarantee Of Employment

Submitting an application, joining our talent pool, or being contacted about a role does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment. Hiring decisions are made by RyuHire or our client companies, and job details can change or a role can be withdrawn at any time.

6. No Fees

RyuHire does not charge candidates for applying or for being placed in a role. If anyone asks you for payment in RyuHire's name, do not pay and let us know.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the service. That includes submitting applications on someone else's behalf without their consent, sending spam or abusive messages, trying to access other people's data, or interfering with the service's security or operation. We may stop responding to, or remove, applications that break these terms.

8. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described on our data deletion page.

9. Liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RyuHire is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service, including a role not being offered or filled. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer or data protection law in Malaysia or Singapore.
